The olfactory therapy information pamphlet

A one-page handout summarising what olfactory therapy is, who it may help, and how to do it. This is the sheet to print and take to an appointment.

The video

A short demonstration of the training routine — how to hold the bottle, how long to breathe in, and how to think about the memory each scent brings up.

Talking to your doctor

Smell loss is not yet routinely tested in most primary care or memory clinics. If you have noticed a change in your sense of smell, it is reasonable to ask about cognitive screening and whether a smell test would be useful. Bring this site with you.
